Talentry is looking for a strong Financial Analyst with excellent cost accounting, reporting, and financial statement analysis to work for our client who recently acquired a local organization, adding to their growth and opportunity in the materials engineering and manufacturing space.

This Financial Analyst will provide capabilities ranging from supporting M&A integrations, optimizing processes, and driving improvements in accounting, finance, and Human Resources within our organization.

The right person for this role will provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the executive team. He or she will also develop financial forecasts, provide critical training, work on special projects, ensure compliance, and address a variety of business needs.

Requirements

BS in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience.

CPA preferred.

Proven experience with GAAP accounting principles.

Demonstrated experience with FP&A

System evaluation/implementation experience.

Experience in an manufacturing/engineering company preferred (defense/aerospace a plus).

Demonstrated MRP/ERP experience (NetSuite, etc.)

Proven advanced Excel experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
