About the role

We are looking for passionate enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a WOW customer experience

You do not need to have previous heat pump or heating experience as full training will be delivered by our experts at our training centre the Aira Academy

What youll be doing
  • Understanding the customers needs and assess the propertys heat pump installation feasibility and translate it into a quote at the customers house
  • Converting home visits into sales by presenting offers
  • Representing Aira and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits always being polite professional and knowledgeable
  • Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy accurate and engaged advice to help homeowners make the right choice to reduce their familys energy bill and carbon footprint by heating their home with clean energy
  • Accurately completing surveys with minimal disruption to the homeowner youll need to always work efficiently and look to optimize your time in a customers home
What we would like you to have

We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our own Aira Academys throughout the UK however we need you to have the following

    • A passion for sales and excellent communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and find a solution to our customers problems
