Physician in Practice: 2
Office Equipment: Xray & Lab Onsite
Procedures:
-Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
-Small Bowel Biopsy
-Lower GI Endoscopy
-Sigmoidoscopy
-Colonoscopy
Upper GI Endoscopy
-with Biopsy,Foreign Body Removal,Banding of Varices,Diagnostic, PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
EMR: Epic
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
-Active KY License, Willing to accept providers needing to obtain a license
-BC/BE
-Flu vaccine
-COVID Vaccinated
