Head Groom

• Proven experience as a Head Groom in an equestrian setting.
• Strong knowledge of horse care, health, and nutrition.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and interact positively with guests.
• Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Certification in equine first aid and CPR is a plus.
  

Additional Information

• Horse Care: Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, bathing, and ensuring their overall health and well-being.
• Stables: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the stables, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the horses.
• Supervision: Oversee a team of grooms and stable hands, delegating tasks and responsibilities as necessary, and providing training when needed.
• Healthcare: Monitor the horses' health and coordinate with veterinarians and farriers for regular check-ups, vaccinations, and hoof care.
• Tack and Equipment: Ensure that all tack, equipment, and riding gear are clean, in good condition, and properly stored.
