Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier office equipment supplier in Oklahoma City, OK that is seeking a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will aid in the development of business processes and software that will benefit the goals and initiatives of the organization. The Business Analyst will report directly to the IT Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Engage in the collection and analysis of business requirements: documenting existing and envisioned future state business procedures.

Record business workflows, predict requirements, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and collaborate extensively and across departments to assist in the creation of solutions.

Contribute to the formulation of user acceptance test scenarios and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during sprints and regression testing.

Collaborate with teams of end users to facilitate effective communication and training initiatives regarding new functionalities, enhancements, and optimal practices.

Aid in the administration of data, create ad-hoc reports, and make updates to CRM entities, forms, and fields.

Possess outstanding critical thinking capabilities: employing logic and reasoning to assess the merits and drawbacks of different solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, embodying key attributes of creativity, initiative, and adaptability.

Recommendations:

Possession of a Bachelor s degree in business or a related field.
Accumulation of 3 or more years of pertinent experience in IT, Sales, or Business Operations.
Demonstrated track record of 3 or more years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, collaborating with Sales, Operations, CRM Solutions, or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes.
Comfort and proficiency in adapting to new technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products, particularly Dynamics CRM, is advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL is highly desirable.
