Job Description
This is a remote position.
Paradigm is looking for a Financial Analyst to support our client, a leading technology firm. In this role, you will be part of an Accounting & Finance team responsible for managing detailed financial spend on behalf of a software organization. You will work with vendors on invoicing and purchase orders, and handle general financial reporting, tracking, and issue resolution. This is a fully remote role ideally suited for a recent Finance/Econ/Business graduate.
Type: 12-Month Contract
Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Manage detailed financial spend on behalf of a software organization.
- Work with vendors on invoicing and purchase orders.
- Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
- Exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
- Provide financial analysis.
- Perform data extraction and analyze data to make recommendations.
- Handle financial business issues.
- Provide analytics to business initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of the client's financial processes and a working knowledge of the business.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- First level university degree in Business or Economics recommended or equivalent experience.
- Recent graduates or early career candidates with 0-2 years experience as a Financial Analysts are welcome.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
