Job Description
Education and training:
The job usually requires at least an educational degree in culinary arts or a related field. Some facilities may require specific training courses to prepare certain foods.
Experience:
It is preferable to have previous experience preparing stock or similar foods. Experience in similar positions would be an added advantage.
Culinary skills:
