High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Discuss itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, transportation methods and lodging possibilities depending on the clients' interests
Make reservations on behalf of clients for air travel, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring the clients' preferences are met
Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other trip components with clients and process authorized payments
Offer potential clients a comprehensive price quote for destination packages
Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients

Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information on available cruise packages, itineraries, costs and services Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Research and investigate current cruise specials and promotions Research existing and new cruise options and provide recommendations to clients Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns Process and coordinate cruise reservations, payments, and cancellations. Coordinate with the cruise lines to ensure the necessary documentation for travelers to board Effectively manage relationships with vendors, clients and team members Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience in the customer service industry Excellent customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
