Senior Program Analyst providing budget, schedule, and technical analysis support for aircraft avionics integrations.
Essential Job Functions:
Manages aircraft avionics integrations.
Products include: project roadmaps, integration plans, acquisition documentation, and cost model updates.
Advisor for mission computer and other avionics system requirements.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical or business case analyses.
Collects, completes organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change-control management and data management.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, an Associate's Degree plus 14 years, a Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years or a Master's Degree plus 10 years of experience is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain secret security clearance within 6-9 months.
Ability to work independently and as part of multiple integrated teams.
Familiar with NAVAIR technical and acquisition processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiar with Microsoft Project.
Experience with NAVAIR aircraft avionics integrations.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Cost Point, Common Spend Plan tool, N-ERP, and other project management tools.
