Hours:  Monday- Thursday 6AM-4:30PM (Some Fridays)

Job Description:

Will clean and prepare the surfaces of objects to be coated by removing any contaminants, rust, or old coatings. This may involve using abrasive materials, solvents, or chemical cleaning processes. elect the appropriate type and color of powder coating material based on the job requirements. Set up and operate powder coating equipment, such as electrostatic guns, to apply the powder evenly and consistently to the target surface. Regularly maintain and clean powder coating equipment to ensure its proper functioning and prevent contamination of the powder.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in powder coating or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of different types of powder coatings and their applications. Familiarity with powder coating equipment and tools. Ability to interpret job specifications and instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing coating defects.
