Job Description: As a General Manager for on-site projects, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and addressing the unique needs of each project.
- Managing and guiding on-site crews, providing training and support.
- Overseeing project progress and ensuring quality and efficiency.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Extensive experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., HOA, DOT, Educational Facilities, Office Parks, etc.). This requirement is non-negotiable for our client.

A passion for on-site work, as this role involves 100% on-site presence with project crews. This is not an in-office position.
Relocation: We are open to considering relocation assistance, which will be determined based on the candidate's location.
