District Manager: Multi-Unit Operations

What You Will Have:

  • 4+ years of Multi-Unit Operations Experience: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-unit operations, ideally in retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operations. Your responsibilities should have included managing at least 10 stores.
  • Passion for Hiring and Developing Talent: Your role will involve hiring, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Expense Management: You should have experience in managing controllable expenses and ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Longevity in Position: We value individuals who have demonstrated commitment and longevity in their previous roles.

What You Will Do:

  • Passion for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent to deliver legendary customer experiences.
  • Solicits customer feedback and follows up on customer service issues.
  • Partner effectively with team members and other leaders to achieve goals and successfully implement business initiatives.
  • Grow a portfolio of successful stores by learning the market and developing and executing district-level strategies.
  • Management of rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan, and other income sources.
  • Watch controllable expenses to provide the highest R.O.I. for each store.
  • Perform semi-annual audits and facility checklists, submit findings to division office, and ensure follow-up on any necessary action.
  • Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports / P&L; address trends and issues in district performance.
  • Access external resources to support district-wide operations and to execute district and regional initiatives such as human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.
