CT Technologist - Nights - SIGN ON BONUS!
8pm-6:30pm 7 on 7 off
The Woodlands, TX

About Us: The Lagneta Group is a leading recruiting agency specializing in healthcare placements. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility in The Woodlands. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by performing CT scans and assisting in maintaining the imaging equipment. You will work within a dynamic healthcare team to ensure the well-being of patients while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Performs CT scans on patients, including patient preparation, explanation of procedures, contrast administration when necessary, positioning for scans, selecting appropriate imaging techniques, and ensuring scan quality.
  • Enters and monitors patient data accurately.
  • Conducts quality assurance on CT equipment and may assist with initial and renewal accreditation applications.
  • Identifies and promptly reports any accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to department management.
  • Participates in emergency call coverage within the department, which may require weekend and floating to other locations as needed.
  • Adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and service quality.
  • Supports individual professional growth through mandatory/continuing education and skills competency, serving as a preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
  • Demonstrates commitment to compassionate patient care, embodying Memorial Hermann's service standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Have:

  1. Completion of an accredited program
  2. BLS certification up to date
  3. MRT license up to date
  4. ARRT-CT or NMTCB(CT) certification
  5. Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience
