As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in selling temporary solutions and services, with a focus on General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Mechanical, Facility Management, Restoration contractors, and other key sectors within the bustling Orlando market. Your mission will revolve around targeting, developing, and maintaining relationships with both new and existing accounts across various Commercial sectors, including Construction, Contracting, Events, Facility Management, and more.

As our Sales Representative, you will take charge of the following key responsibilities:

  • Customer Base Development: Build a strong customer base by reaching out to existing and potential clients through phone calls and visits within your assigned territory.
  • Territory Sales Planning: Develop and achieve your Annual Territory Sales Plan, setting revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
  • Sales Expertise: Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery dates, and credit terms, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase our products and services using samples or catalogs, emphasizing their marketable features.
  • Documentation: Prepare timely reports of business transactions and expense accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Rental Center operations to prepare sales contracts and other documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal operational personnel to ensure project objectives align with customer needs and schedules.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications, leveraging job-related manuals.
  • Drive Results: Strive for 'step changes' in business results, contributing to our growth and success.
  • Technical Know-How: Develop a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Territorial Expertise: An advanced knowledge of your targeted territory.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with a CRM system (i.e., Salesforce).
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work in partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business, including Ops, Fleet, and Logistics.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the field.
