As a Division Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our District Managers receive top-notch training, allowing them to excel in their roles and drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Empower and Inspire:

  • Drive corporate initiatives and values through impactful learning and development programs.
  • Instill a performance consulting mentality throughout the division, optimizing performance at every level.

Strategize and Implement:

  • Collaborate with division management to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, including assessing existing programs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement developmental plans for teams and individuals, effectively utilizing learning resources to ensure successful execution.

Forge Strong Partnerships:

  • Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, influencing the development and delivery of effective learning programs.
  • Advocate for a service-oriented culture, instilling processes and tools that drive consistent service delivery and behaviors across the division.

Measure and Optimize:

  • Assess the impact of various learning programs, constantly striving for improved outcomes and setting ambitious goals.
  • Define and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance learning execution and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, complemented by a minimum of three years of training experience, preferably in a service or retail organization with a dispersed workforce.
  • Field-facing experience, demonstrating strong training and coaching skills to influence and train the trainer.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development principles, including technology-based learning, skill development, and change management.
  • Results-driven and metrics-focused, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Professional executive demeanor, showcasing decisiveness and highly versatile interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the division

Note: Up to 50% travel may be required for this role, and a current Driver’s License is essential for division-wide travel.
