Are you an experienced Radiation Therapist looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? The Lagneta Group is currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Radiation Therapist to join our esteemed client's team in Houston, TX. We are currently seeking a talented Lead Radiation Therapist to fulfill a crucial role within a reputable healthcare organization.
What You Will Do:

- Simulates treatment set-ups according to physician instruction.
- Performs dosimetric calculations under the supervision of a dosimetrist/physicist.
- Accurately delivers the prescribed course of radiation therapy.
- Organizes & monitors daily workflow for therapists within the department.
- Advises physician of any undelivered patient treatments.
- Reports any accidents, complaints, treatment variances to management/physicians.
- Responsible for scheduling and implementing weekly multi-disciplinary chart rounds.
- Taking emergency call within the department.
- Collaborating with management in technical positioning enhancements for quality assurance.
- Ensuring safe care to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Promoting individual professional growth and development.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Therapy Technology.
- Certified Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technologists (ARRT-T).
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Health (TMB).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
