Reporting Structure: The Life Insurance Agent will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

Connecting America Financials, a leading player in the Financial Services industry is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and offering life insurance solutions to our clients. Your objective will be to help clients choose the right life insurance policies that align with their financial goals and protect their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base by establishing strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate life insurance solutions
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
• Process applications and follow up with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to policyholders
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and regulations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• No Life Insurance License Required - We will sponsor your license 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software
