Description:

• Coordinate with various stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release.
• Provide guidance on deployment strategies and release pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, etc.
• Help drive meetings with various stakeholders and document critical requirements and action items.
• Investigate issues, bugs and feedback and report out.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Collaborate with QA automation engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.

Typical Day:

• Working with Product Owners(both engineering and business)
• Managing multiple teams, working with multi-functional team members
• Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
• Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules.

Technical Skills Required:

(Required)

• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience dealing with remote teams.
• 4+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile Software Development methodology.
• 4+ years of release management experience.
• Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion needs to have the ability to walk teams through the creation of project charters, including determining scope, ways of working etc.
• 3+ years exp with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence *Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Experience in large organizational change management

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) *PMP certification *SAFe certification
• Change Management Certification *Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Scrum Master exp in addition to the required project management exp.

Education Requirements:

• The position requires a 4-year college or university degree or certification that is equivalent. plus 8+ years exp
• Or master's degree in relevant field (ie Engineering, business, etc) plus 6+ years' experience
