Title: Oracle HCM Analyst/ Consultant (Core HR)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Works with key stakeholders within HR business functions alongside our HR Technology Products team to support our enterprise wide HCM.

Cloud experience is required (oracle)

Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HCM system issues and ability to support Oracle HCM patches, releases, and maintenance updates.

Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Supports one or more highly complex business processes.

Ability to work across multiple HR businesses as a functional team member.

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
