Project Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for managing software development projects in a completely agile environment. Will be responsible for planning sprints and runnign Scrum for Developers.

• Extensive experience in Agile methodology

Managing project plans, creating and presenting weekly status reports to leadership

Cross collaborating with DevOps and EQA teams,working with users and helping to manage releases.

Responsible for managing one or more projects of high complexity, priority, and risk
Track, manage, and adjust the original plan as necessary to ensure successful delivery
Oversee the development of the detailed business requirements for the project
Meet the project requirements by delivering a quality solution, on time, and within the planned budget
Escalate problems as necessary
Effectively coordinate with the various technology, business, and vendor teams to ensure the project's success
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, the enterprise, and others involved in the project

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, education or training
PMP Certification preferred

Required:
3-8 years of experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
Airline experience is a plus
Communication and reporting skills are crucial
Analytic skills required
Must possess an inner urgency with tasks on projects
Must be a self-starter and proactive
Must be a quick learner and adaptable in a fast pace environment
