Job Description
Job Title: LPN
Location: Mauston, WI
Gross Pay: $2232 per week
Breakdown: $1080 Taxable/week +$1152 non taxable/week)
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift 6:00A-2:30P, includes every other weekend
Requirements:
Current LPN (WI) licensure is required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to students as outlined in the Individualized Health Care Plan.
- Preparing, administering and recording medication administration, performing treatments, assessments and assisting with overall nursing care of the residents.
- Provide direct care such as assisting with bathing, eating, toileting, dressing, and walking students.
- Turn and reposition wheelchair bound students to prevent breakdown of their skin
