Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee all areas of the dealership, including sales, finance, service, and parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership, and operational management. Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with automotive laws and regulations.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for new and used cars.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Financial Management:
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Optimize the dealership s profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the dealership team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a positive and professional company image.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software.
