Our clients are leading automotive dealerships in the West Coast.


Job Summary:

The General Manager will oversee all areas of the dealership, including sales, finance, service, and parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership, and operational management. This role requires a commitment to our company values, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the dealership.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with automotive laws and regulations.
  2. Sales and Customer Service:

    • Drive the achievement of sales targets for new and used cars.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  3. Financial Management:

    • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
    • Optimize the dealership s profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, motivate, and develop the dealership team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
  5. Marketing and Branding:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Maintain a positive and professional company image.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  3. Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software.
  4. Attributes:

    • Customer-focused and results-driven.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
