What You'll Do:

• Craft 3D Plumbing BIM Masterpieces: Utilize your expertise to create precise 3D plumbing BIM models and shop drawings from contract drawings, showcasing your attention to detail.

• Detail-Oriented Drawings: Develop and craft shop drawings that leave no room for doubt, incorporating sections, tags, and intricate details that define excellence.

• Bring Plans to Life: Transform plans into reality by printing or plotting plans and shop drawings for the team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

• Coordinate and Conquer: Run clash detection exercises to identify and resolve issues, fostering seamless project coordination.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with their BIM team, Project Managers, and Foremen to create an accurate and efficient model that leads to project success.

• Stay in the Know: Keep a vigilant eye on project changes and RFI's, and update the model accordingly to maintain a streamlined process.

• Model Equipment Excellence: Showcase your skills by creating equipment models and intricate details that elevate the project.

• Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Harness the power of Navisworks to collaborate seamlessly with project teams and ensure flawless execution.

• Build Lasting Relationships: Foster professional relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and customers, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Lead Innovation: Keep their practices at the forefront by continually updating "best practices" in the realm of BIM.

Required Skills:

• Plumbing Proficiency: A strong background in plumbing is essential to excel in this role.

• Blueprint Brilliance: Ability to understand and interpret plumbing plans and specifications with ease.

• CAD Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must, and experience with Evolve Mechanical in Revit is highly preferred.

• Tech Savvy: Experience with Bluebeam is also a big plus.

• Time Management Pro: Excellent time management skills are essential to meet project deadlines.
