Our client, a leading provider of telecommunication infrastructure equipment and services, is looking to onboard a Service Delivery Manager. Responsibilities: Ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness of services delivered by Operations to customers. Manages the customer relationship, being the single point of contact. Managing the service to meet contractually agreed SLA s. Working closely with the Operations Manager to meet these targets and support the evolution of Operations for continuous improvement. Monitoring KPI s and acting on potential issues. Requirements: 5 years experience in Service Delivery Manager role. Experience either in Reverse Logistic or Telecom industry.
