Bill Rate $48.50 Location: Elderwood at Cheektowaga ALF (Assisted Living) Class/Area: LPN, GERI Desired Start Date: ASAP Length of Assignment: 4 weeks Hours per Week: 37.5 Shift and Time: 8 hr Days Schedule Details: 6:00a-2:00p Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend On-call Requirements: NO Holidays Requirements: Every other holiday Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to like units Experience Required: 12 months LPN in last 18 months Experience Preferred: PCC License Required: NYS Certificates Required: BLS Preferred *** Account Manager to Contact: Elderwood Submissions ()
