You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client, a leader in commercial insurance ratings, is looking for a skilled IT Technician and Help Desk Specialist to join their employee friendly team to provide fast and effective support to their clients. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be required to respond to queries in person and over the phone, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance.
To ensure success in this role you should have advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and high-level communication skills.
A good understanding and knowledge of insurance concepts and terms and a understanding of Cybersecurity Awareness and threats is a plus.

Salary is in the 60k - 75k range commensurate wtith experience and is non-exempt, includes overtime.
They offer an excellent comprehensive benefit package that includes a 401k. Transit is covered up to 100% for most modes of transportation.
