Manage the HVAC commercial new construction, renovation and retrofit, estimating, multi-project management, budgeting and forecasting division of a mechanical contractor located in DFW with specialties in HVAC service and HVAC and plumbing construction

Needs commercial ground up and renovation expertise on education, industrial, hospital, data center, and warehouse projects exceeding $1mm in scope

Provides supervision of daily operations of project managers and estimators and 35+ indirect reports on multiple projects at a time

Highly knowledgeable of HVAC systems and operations and terminology including roof-tops, boilers, split systems, VRF/VRV, chillers, piping and cooling towers

Must possess TDLR Registered HVAC Class A license
