Job Description

Our client, one of the leading global NVOCC freight forwarding companies provides customers with import and export services, as well as, door-to-door services for both international and domestic clients, is seeking aCRM Systems Analyst/eCommerce Systems Analyst with 4+ years of experience optimizing sales & marketing (CRM), external partner data integrations (EDI/API), and corporate eCommerce portal services.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Analyze requirements to define initiative/project scope and objectives.
  • Analyze as-is system workflows, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document comprehensive business requirement with quality.
  • Design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Develop, configure, and implement system solutions / integrations, per business requirement.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, processes and procedures.
  • Manage from demand/requirement, design, development to release of CRM/eCommerce solutions.
  • Coordinate cross functional IT and non-IT teams (Developers Infra, QA, Data, PM, BA) to deliver IT solutions and integrations.
  • Enhancement: validate change request completeness, perform feasibility and subsequent change control, deployment, design and/or request fulfillment process.
  • Incident/Defect: as the escalation for L1 service desk, perform system level triage, resolution and/or escalation.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Create and maintain service/system operation knowledge base.
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles so more efficient operation can be achieved to shift-left/empowering service desk whenever possible.
  • Support user and IT team training.

Requirements:

  • Strong (Design, Support, Deploy) knowledge in as many areas as below:
  • CRM platform (SugarCRM, Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
  • EDI (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) / API (REST, SOAP) integration
  • eCommerce B2B portal solution development (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / PHP / Python)
  • RPA (UI Path, Automation Anywhere)
  • Project management competencies:

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST (Hybrid)

Work Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of solution design and delivery projects/initiative in eCommerce solutions (CRM, portal and/or EDI/API).
  • Prior experience in logistics / freight forwarding / NVOCC business highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus!

$120,000-$140,000 annually based on education and experience level.
