Job Description

Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator available within our Plastic Surgery clinic. If you are looking for challenging work, you will find it at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery. The PCC is responsible for scheduling all surgeries, quoting cosmetic surgeries, obtaining payments for surgeries, and other duties.

Requirements

  • Maintains excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with peers in team situations.
  • Strong computer and telephone skills.
  • Organized and very detail oriented.
  • Work with physicians on preferences for surgeries and pre-op testing.
  • Billing surgeries and applying payments


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. (Required)
  • Associate degree or higher (Preferred)
  • Two years of surgery scheduling experience. (Required)
  • Clear understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
