We are in search of a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Manager specializing in automation to lead a team of consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the automation team, handling project management, client engagement, and team development. Collaboration with the Director for automation will be key in devising and executing strategies to fuel growth and enhance profitability.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of automation experience, showcasing a strong track record in managing client relationships, project leadership, and team development. Proficiency in a core area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance, is essential.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead and guide a team of consultants to ensure top-notch service delivery and offer necessary support and direction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and unwavering client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other company leaders to ensure a unified approach to business development and client management.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring the automation team continuously enhances its offerings.
- Oversee project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This involves closely monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project completion within defined parameters.
- Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs, align delivery efforts, and exceed client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.
- Work closely with the sales team to devise and implement sales strategies aligning with company objectives.
- Lead proposal development, participate in client meetings and presentations, and cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to position the company as a trusted partner and advisor.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation.
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading projects.
- Expertise in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building and maintenance of strong client relationships.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or other advanced degree preferred.
We highly value candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Trained or certified - UiPath Automation Business Analyst and/or Celonis
- Candidates with a background in process improvement or Six Sigma
- Project Management Certification
