We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team, ensuring the well-being and emotional health of our students during a crucial period of their education.

You will play a vital role in providing essential support to students during the 2023-2024 school year. You will work collaboratively with our school staff, parents, and the community to promote the social, emotional, and psychological development of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students emotional and behavioral needs.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans.
  
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students in need.
  
• Conduct assessments to identify social and emotional challenges.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) where applicable.
  
• Act as a liaison between school, family, and community resources.
  
• Promote a positive school climate and anti-bullying initiatives.
  
• Keep abreast of current social work practices and trends through professional development.
