Job Description: Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth assimilation into the company.
  • Administer performance management systems and provide guidance to managers for effective employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR policies and processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR manager, PHR preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Desired Experience:

Preferably, the candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing company.
