Make and receive calls on Worker s Compensation and General Liability policies to acquire information regarding policyholder s business
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Job Description
As a Call Center Representative will field incoming and make outgoing calls to facilitate insurance premium audits for Worker s Compensation and General Liability policies.
Call Center Representative Tasks include:
- Make several calls to insureds and agents on a daily basis
- Enter progress notes following each call.
- Correspond with policyholders, CPA s, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed

Skills Required:
