Job Description
Senior Warehouse Manager
Ontario Area Manufacturer/Retailer seeking a dynamic leader to join the team.
Candidates must have a track record of process improvement, and turnaround ability.
This is the top role at the distribution center, overseeing the entire warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of handlers
- Manage inventory flow through production cycle
- Implement operational projects to drive continuous improvement and growth
- Manage a team of 40-50 temp. and permanent employees
- Lead fast-paced, high-volume, property cycle that encompasses property intake and storage
- Continuously identify and improve facility
- Continuously optimize operations and productivity
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience overseeing warehouse operations
- Exceptional Project Management
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Exceptional organization and operational skills
- Experience moving and shipping large and bulky materials a plus
