POSITION:Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
RESPONSIBLE TO:Manager/ Medical Director
JOB SUMMARY:Provides professional Client care
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
ARNP or PA degree required
Current licensure maintained
Training in aesthetic medicine
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Relevant industry experience
Ability to make independent decisions about patient care
Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications
Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor
Good communication skills and is a team player
Neat, professional appearance
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administers treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures
Injections both Filler and Neurotoxins (Allergan, RHA, Jeuveau)
Laser treatment Morpheus face and body, Laser hair, IPL, Womens Wellness
Perform good faith exams as required
Captures before & after pictures on clients according to policy/ procedure requirements and maintains them in clients chart
Evaluate client s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day
Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services
Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines
Perform maintenance checks on lasers and equipment used for client services to ensure systems are operating appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client
Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client s medical chart
Tracks inventory of supplies and products used for services and treatments and follows policy/procedure for stocking and replenishing inventory
Works with marketing personal to create marketing content
Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations
Conducts educational seminars for clients, employers, and others
Maintains patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA and compliance guidelines established by the practice
Maintains detailed knowledge of practice management and other computer software as it relates to job functions
Attends annual CPR, OSHA, and CLIA training programs
Attends all regular meetings and events to promote the company
Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the manager
