Location: Pediatrics of Sugar Land, Sugar Land, Texas

Pediatrics of Sugar Land is a leading pediatric clinic dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to children in the Sugar Land area. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
2. Conduct physical examinations, evaluate medical histories, and assess patients' growth and development.
3. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions specific to pediatric patients.
4. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication prescriptions, therapies, and referrals to specialists as necessary.
5. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families about preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness.
7. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physician assistants, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
9. Stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in continuing education activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
10. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
2. Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics and board certification or eligibility.
3. Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
4. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
6. Compassion and empathy for pediatric patients and their families.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
9. Proficient computer skills for electronic medical record keeping.
10. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
