The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating effective visual communication and providing general marketing support.
Essential Functions
- Manage companies' visual identity in social media channels, ideating fresh designs to engage audiences
- Plan, implement and manage SEO/SEM strategy
- Manage marketing collateral
- Develop and manage website content
- Manage email communication including development of engaging design, distribution, and maintenance of distribution lists
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing team and employees at Title Tech companies to understand strategic initiatives, etc. to execute deliverables.
- Provide other marketing support as needed.
Essential Functions Continued
- At a minimum, the ability to work from 8 00 a.m. to 5 00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Regular consistent attendance required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
- Ability to accept supervision.
- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
- Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- All final round candidates will be asked to share their professional portfolio. This is not a requirement for the initial screening.
- This position is onsite ONLY position.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
- WordPress experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typography and design skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
