BosnianEnglish Interpreters - Consecutive LegalCourt

Remote (VRI) Legal Interpreters Bosnian to/from English

Global Language Strategies, a woman-owned small business, is seeking experienced Bosnian<>English experienced legal/court interpreters to perform virtual remote interpretation assignments via MS Teams for legal settings and courts. We have periodic assignments available with the possibility of additional assignments ongoing.

Minimum Qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Native proficiency in Bosnian with native-level English proficiency
   
2. At least 3 years of experience interpreting in legal settings, especially providing court interpretation, and/or performing simultaneous conference interpretation.
   
3. Flexible schedule during business hours (8am-6pm EST) to perform court interpretations.
   
4. Bachelor's degree in relevant field
   
5. Ability to use Zoom, MS Teams, and other platforms to perform remote interpretation - must have noise-controlled headphones and quiet workspace for interpretation, working Wi-Fi, PC, etc.
   
6. Familiar with legal terminology
   

Additional Qualifications:

• Certified legal or other professionally certified or registered Interpreters preferred.
