Job Description
Our Client is a well-established Commercial Vehicle Repair Centre based in the Ashford area of Middlesex, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and work well under pressure.
Requirements
Previous experience assessing damaged vehicles and providing estimates
Customer service skills
Current driving license
Microsoft office experience i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
Duties
Establish and authorise area of damage to vehicles
Use Audatex and computer systems to perform estimates and record information
Ensure the correct methods of repair are agreed upon and authorised
Liaise with customers and provide them with information regarding their repairs
Ensure all relevant information is completed to the agreed standard
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations
Benefits
Basic Salary of up to 50,000 per annum
