We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Cruise Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, coordinating cruise travel details for our clients. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the travel industry, have excellent communication skills, and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Coordinate all aspects of cruise bookings, including itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, and onboard activities.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise industry trends, packages, and promotions.
Manage and update customer records using our CRM software.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from.
Previous experience in the travel industry, specifically cruise coordination, is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Must be a resident of the United States or Mexico.
Flexibility to work during peak booking times, which may include evenings and weekends.
Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and patience.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectively.
Note: Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, will have an added advantage.
