Plastic Surgery Practice Manager

Established cosmetic and plastic surgery practice with accredited surgery center for over 31 years, in the heart of Tysons Corner, Vienna, VA is in search of an experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee daily operations, improve marketing and community outreach and oversee office staff.

Practice Manager Duties:

New patient lead management

Marketing

Revenue management

Supervising office staff

Taking phone calls

Checking patients in & out

Closing patient s surgery and keeping operating room busy.

Managing cosmetic surgery practice and wipe off surgery and medical office.

Hiring and firing staff

Requirements

Experience:

Experience as a practice manager.

Cosmetic surgery experience is REQUIRED.

Minimum of 5 years experience managing a surgery practice or medical office REQUIRED.

Experience with supervising, training, and evaluating staffs performance.

Experience in measuring and optimizing customer service; handling patient complaints.

An outgoing and professional personality with strong communication skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Capability of multi-tasking.

Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office

AAAASF accredited surgery center for over 29 years.

Cosmetic surgery only performed by single board-certified plastic surgeon.

Surgery Center has indoor parking in Tysons Corner Office building.

Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus.

Benefits

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 according to experience and ability + bonus
