Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our Client, a top Global Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Program Management consultant with expert level Agilebackground who's responsibilities will include driving the PMO migration from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. SAP ERP background is also desired.
The successful candidate will have the ability to assess both operational and strategic issues, train staff, and obtain buy-in from project management, technical and business stakeholders to the Agile Platform.
Responsibilities: (Stakeholder Readiness, Communication, Training & Development, and Organizational Design and Structure)
- Drive the Agile initiative working with both the internal PMO and external 3rd party consulting teams to facilitate the migration of processes and tools to the Agile Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones (including AMER and EMEA)
- Find and implement process efficiency, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
- Track the overall delivery of the Program and communicate and report out to executives (VP and above)
- Proposed solutions to mitigate any risks / issues
- Manage the budget of the program
Requirements
- Prior Pharma Experience required
- 5-10 Years Agile Project Management Experience
- 3-5 Years experience with SAP ERP
- Candidates must be located in Eastern Time Zone, USA
