Contract manager

Participate in the review of proposal documents in support of government requests for proposals. It also makes recommendations for changes to proposals and checks for compliance with government request. Sometimes, she is involved in creating proposal documents.
Contract review Deliverable requirements provide recommended changes. Provides contracts with deliverable requirements to the client when necessary.
Assists in collecting A/R on assigned contracts.
Builds positive relationships with all corporate departments and operational teams by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service standards.
Assists in creating or amending contractual documents.
Prepares and submits Equitable Settlement Requests (REAs) and claims.
Performs other duties as assigned.
