Enterprise Cyber Security Sales - Chicago/Mid West - Our Enterprise Account Executive will lead the sales process within an assigned territory of business for net new Enterprise logos into prospective accounts. You are an expert at mapping business solutions to the most complex security challenges of customers. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on pitching a revolutionary technology to CTO s, CIO s, CISO s and security experts.

Responsibilities::

What You'll Do:

  • Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory, with an emphasis on Large Enterprise and Strategic accounts
  • Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
  • Create account plans for prospective customers with the ability to quickly adjust tactically and strategically when necessary
  • Incubate and grow sales for a new cyber security platform and nurture relationships with CTO s, CIO s, CISO s and security experts.
  • Achieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with a high degree of forecast accuracy
  • Use the latest Sales prospecting tools
  • Qualify sales with prospects using a methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management
  • Enjoy working and thriving with a player-centered Sales Leadership Team.
  • Proactively plan, set critical milestones, asses, clarify and validate partners needs on an ongoing basis, to establish productive relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services and pricing models
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and partners

Requirements :

Who You Are:

  • Must have cyber security sales experience
  • 5-10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience selling into large fortune 500 companies with the ability to win new logos
  • Met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $500k+
  • History of success: President s Club, top rep, top percentile performer, consistent YoY overachievement, etc.
  • Ability to continuously create new pipeline that is 3x and 4x above Sales Goals.
  • Ability to work up and down the organization from the SOC to the CISO
  • Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Outcome Based Selling, Challenger Sales).
  • Resides in the targeted geography w/local enterprise customer relationships
  • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process.
  • Strong Discovery, Objection Handling, negotiating and Closing Skills.
  • Strong territory planning, and sales methodology focus.
  • Daily and weekly calendar time blocked-off for dedicated prospecting
