Software Development Engineer SDE I - Remote

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and documenting software solutions for the company and its clients. You may also be responsible for client communication and coordinating project work with other members of the team and the company's clients. You will need to understand the requirements, write user stories, define specifications, and write test cases to ensure code quality. You have to uphold and further improve established standards, processes, and best practices. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base of software development by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates from Tier I and II premier institutes.
• Strong grasp of web software architecture, OOPS, MVC, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in developing agile user stories, writing acceptance cases, and TDD.
• Proficiency in Linux, Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Git. (For BE Role).
• Exposure to Nginx, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, logical, organizing, and decision-making skills.
• Communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
