Our client is a global leader in Engineering and R&D (ER&D) services with presence across the world. It is a subsidiary of a large conglomerate and is engaged in providing engineering solutions. Its services include product design, analysis, prototyping and testing and embedded solutions. They specialise in disruptive technology space such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Smart City, Digital Factory and Autonomous Transport,.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbement will be responsible for winning bid targetted at Smart City Projects.

Will be involved in:

• Tracking RFP and bid sites for open bids, RFPs, RFIs.
• Orchestrate response to proposals
• Write and proofread proposals ensuring all requirements are met.
• Proposal review and final quality assurance check for proposal response.
• Communicate with the point of contact at the organizations requesting the Proposal.
• Set up document structure, repositories including standard templates and presentations.
• Take complete ownership of driving the bid throughout different stages of RFP, starting from deal evaluation, storyboarding, proposal summary writing till the final submission to the customer.

Candidate Description:

• 7+ years relevant experience.
• MBA preferred
• Excellent industry knowledge - Engineering & R& D industry & and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Preferred experience in Smart City projects
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
