Mechanical Professional Engineer

Our client is a leading firm that provides comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for projects in government, commercial and institutional sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional mechanical engineer to join their team.

Title: Professional Mechanical Engineer

Location: Frisco, TX or Austin, TX.

Functions:

• Development of plans, Specifications, and Opinions of Probable Costs
• Mentor/train future upcoming engineers
• Visiting construction sites to observe progress and conformance to plans and specifications
• Collecting and analyzing project data associated with MEP/S projects
• Performing calculations and notes for incorporation into plans
• Exhibiting a keen interest in a high standard of quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional engineer registration in TX.
• The ability to use Revit/BIM is required, and the ability to use AutoCAD is preferred as well.
• At least six years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing design in a consultant capacity is required.
