Job Description
- Providing legal advice on matters such as contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with laws and
- Developing and implementing legal policies and
- Managing the organizations legal team and outside
- Identifying and mitigating legal
- Representing the organization in legal proceedings and
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and
- Advising on governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Providing legal support for various business units and functions

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
A license to practice law in the relevant
A minimum of 1-3 years of legal experience
Strong knowledge of the legal issues and regulations relevant to the organizations
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to create and implement effective legal strategies that align with the overall goals of the
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of legal
Proven experience in working with senior leaders and business heads, to understand their needs and goals and provide legal advice
