The purpose of this position is to manage and supervise the NEP Studio building and its staff to ensure that the facilities are safe and receive proper
- Manages the maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment, and Maintain facility
- Works with the on-site Engineers, Porters, Staff, and/or Freelance crew members and ensures that projects are completed on
- Communicates daily with the Director, Production to provide him/her with an ongoing list of problems, projects, permit, and inspection
- Supervises and directs maintenance and cleaning
- Prepares budgets and operates within the budget for expenses related to shows in the Studio
- Interfaces with clients on premises and ensure that their needs and requests are addressed and handled properly as per the
- Tracks all billing and work associated with clients, studios, or the
- Communicates with sales, engineering support and management staff on upcoming productions and the movement of equipment or
- Completes work orders for prebilling and processes utility
- Maintains required documentation and permits for
- Acts as building safety
- Monitors the building security system and supervise security
- Act as liaison between NEP and all outside vendor companies
- Organize and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Tech Manager, Crewing Coordinator, and Engineering
Requirements
- Associates degree or Technical degree Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in TV production and/or facility coordination focused on client interaction and
- Requires strong supervisory skills, along with excellent oral and written communication
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all
- Strong mechanical Ability to define problems and solve them
- Ability to deliver superior service and build lasting relationships by demonstrating NEP s Core Values: innovative, one team, passion and
Salary range based on experience paid annually between $90k-$100k
