For the role of the Project Manager, you can effectively project manage two key components of the Data Sciences First, to set and drive the timeline, budget, and scope performance for customer Second, to set and drive the timeline and scope for data go-live from the BC Platforms global data partner As the Project Manager, you can ensure the successful completion of project management of both Healthcare and Pharma software deployments including end-to-end project delivery, prospectively managing scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder You are a natural communicator to both internal and external stakeholders with the ability to work and collaborate effectively, for example with our customers, strategic data partnerships and Additionally, you can contribute to the success of the company through appropriate risk management and financial impact analysis related to your team s Let us know if you see yourself in this role once you have reviewed our job details below and don t hesitate to reach out for further information!
Expectations for your role in accordance with the stakeholder's classifications:
Data Science Customers
Ensure the highest level of customer service and responsiveness
Project manage the delivery of BC Platforms SOW for customer projects, which includes Data Access, Data Advisory and possibly Data
Manage timeline, scope and budget for project
Set dashboards and manage and document progress for project milestones, risk mitigation and revenue recognition for reporting to steering groups and your manager
Lead the engagement with customers
Ensure transparency in delivery timelines and risks with both vendor and internal stakeholders
Strategic Data Partnerships
Coordinate strategic data partnership execution, in collaboration with Heads of Data Partnerships / Advisory / Readiness, to manage BC Platforms performance against commitments to
Data Partners
Drive performance to timeline targets both within BC Platforms and Data Partner
Lead the governance for each Data Partner on behalf of BC Platforms, setting, measuring and driving performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Negotiate and contract for data costs with Data Partners based on the SOW requested from
Integrate engagement between key stakeholders within BC Platforms: Director, Data Partnerships, Software Operations Project Managers, Sales and Data

Proven track record to drive timeline and delivery
Ability to manage projects within scope and financial
Ability to juggle multiple competing
Effective risk management and root cause analysis
Knowledge of assessing and mitigating a quality
Knowledge of drug development and comfort in discussing patient populations based on phenotypic and genotypic
Ability to self-manage day-to-day schedule for completing
Ability to collaborate with a globally distributed
Desired knowledge and experiences for your role:
Minimum five-year experience in life sciences or healthcare
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, having an advanced degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills in dealing with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
Pragmatic, hands-on attitude in project management
